Items required with rental application:

 

  1. $ 100.00-“Holding fee” from each applicant over 18 years of age. If applicants are married, only one payment of $100.00 is required. This amount holds the apartment while your application is under review.  Upon approval, this amount is applied towards the security deposit balance due at move-in. (The security deposit is equal to the monthly rental amount.) Applicant(s) must assume financial responsibility for the rental within 15 days.

     

  2. $ 20.00 –“Application fee” required per individual/per co-signer. If applicants are married, only one fee of $20.00 is charged.

     

  3. Photo ID (each applicant/co-signer) International Students must present Visa/Passports.

     

  4. If you are a student and within your first year of enrollment, you must provide the University/College acceptance letter/email.

     

  5. Proof of income- In example, recent pay stubs, bank statement, secondary education loan confirmation or prior year tax return. Proof you have applied for FASFA, if you do not have the paperwork back, you will need the paperwork at time of move in. These are essential for each applicant and co-signer.

     

  6. Rental Verification-If you currently rent, please include your landlord’s name and phone number.

     

  7. Please complete the entire application and return to the Pastore office within the 3 day timeline, so our staff is able to process your application in a fashionable manner.

     

    NOTE:  Selecting a co-signer is an option, not a requirement. If you are a student and submit your application without a co-signer, you will be required to pay last months’ rent, balance of security deposit, along with first months’ rent which will be pro-rated based on the move in date. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check or money order at this time.

               

    We offer a 3 day courtesy hold to submit application materials. If we do not receive all necessary materials by the end of the 3rd business day; we will remove the hold on the apartment and refund partial payment.

     

    We have a night drop at our office location to the right of the main door. You may submit any materials/payments in this manner. –Or- Email any leasing agent with your information. If choosing to mail, we encourage you to use priority mail with tracking.
